Afton, don't eat that fuzz.

She mastered the art of sitting up in a few months. Now she can play with toys like this.
Then she mastered the art of pulling herself up in a few weeks.
And finally, she's working on crawling.

So I've been using phrases like "Afton, please don't eat that fuzz." or "Afton, Icky." a lot lately.

Next, we will move onto walking and at the rate we're going she will probably master walking in just a few short hours.
Slow down life!

I hear ya, they grow up so fast! Ayla is already 3 and a half. And she is a little girl. It is so fun to watch them learn how to do things and it is so rewarding!

She really is such a doll and reminds me of you when you were a baby! I think she looks like Chad but looks a lot like you too. And yes it is payback... remember how we shared a room our whole life and I had to listen to you scream and cry yourself to sleep on the floor of our room right by my bed because you did not want to go to sleep. This was when you were around 3 or 4. Mom had to put the gate up so you would not run out of the room and you would fall asleep with your blanky on the floor after you got to tired to cry anymore. And I just had to ignore you and put a pillow over my head ;) I bet your next one will be an angel baby!
